El Roble…your own private island !
The 80m˛ house is located on a 2000m˛ private island, only 15 minutes away from Granada, and facing the volcano “Mombacho”.
The house is made up of two buildings and each has two suite bedrooms - a total of 4 bedrooms
It can accommodate up to 12 people.
The house was built according to standards and local materials such as wood, wrought iron and palm were used.

- 4 bedrooms for 2 or 3 people, each with private bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin)
- 1 shared bathroom (shower, toilet, and washbasin)
- 1 kitchen/dinning room with gas cooker, fridge, 2 sofas and music
- A 60m˛ “rancho-terrace”, 4 hammocks, a garden…
- 1 swimming pool (10m*8m) situated next to the terrace
- A BBQ
- A boat driven by Francisco
- Two kayaks
- The electricity (110V) is produced by batteries, and soon will be by solar panels
- The water of the lake is used only for the showers, toilets and washbasins.
